 As our products are all made to measure we will only accept returns for damaged goods within 10 days of delivery, provided that the product was signed for as damaged when delivered & a notification email sent to our customer services department notifying us of the damage, To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at – office1@urban-shutters.co.uk.

Please note that it is your responsability to make sure your measurments are correct before you order any of our products as we will not issue a refund on incorrectly measured blinds 

b. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [X] days after receiving the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
